Emerald Care Home can be your loved one's home away from home. We are an assisted living community located in Dublin , CA, offering compassionate elder and hospice care.

Our assisted living facilities provide care to elderly people who need help with tasks such as meal preparation, mobility, taking daily medicine, bathing, dressing and other daily routines. We can also offer intermediate care for individuals who cannot reside on their own in terms of independent living, but do not necessarily need the full-time care services of a nursing home.

We provide care services and activities of daily living (ADLs) such as hygiene assistance, grooming, mobility assistance and meals, diet monitoring, housekeeping, errands and shopping, transportation, medication management and medication reminders, appointment management, social and physical activities, temporary & long term care, and other assisted living services. We also offer elder care for those who have mild cognitive impairment.

Our assisted living center does not provide housing for elders with severe medical conditions that require medical care and monitoring from a doctor or registered nurse. While we have an excellent care team we do not monitor severe chronic conditions or other serious problems that may need serious medical care.

Our goal is to keep them comfortable and feeling secure with a trustworthy companion during their stay with us, providing help for any of their daily activities they may struggle with.

Good health starts with good nutrition - and good nutrition is important, no matter what your age! Meal times are an important part of anyone's day, and those is especially so for those under our care! Good nutrition gives you energy and can help you control your weight. It may also help prevent some diseases, such as osteoporosishigh blood pressureheart diseasetype 2 diabetes and certain cancers.

We are committed to helping out residents with their health through nutritious meals and food supplements, exercising, keeping them hydrated, and involving our residents in as many activities as possible. Social interaction and healthy living is a vital part of our resident's life!

Great Communication with Family Members

Monitoring the healthcare of your loved one and providing continuous updates for your peace of mind is our top priority. As we get to know each resident individually – mentally, physically and emotionally - we will monitor their status to be on guard for any changes in behavior.

Highlighted by a vaulted ceiling, the living room offers a stunning introduction and overlooks the grandly proportioned family and dining area. At the heart of the home the spacious granite-finished gourmet kitchen that flows seamlessly to the family room with a fireplace and LCD flat screen TV. Sleeping quarters are arranged for privacy, with seven bedrooms and three handicapped baths.

Outside, a private and fenced rear provides year-round enjoyment with a sunny deck, flowers, a citrus tree, and other fruit trees. Further enhancing the appeal is the proximity to downtown, Dublin Senior Center, San Ramon Senior Center, Parks and Fwy 680 & 580. It's never been so easy to head on over for lunch with residents!

Our Spacious “Custom Home” offers 6 Private rooms with modern conveniences, large windows with natural light, heated bathroom floors, flat screen TV's in each room, and a beautiful outdoor area for relaxation.
